AZA Finance Named Semifinalist for the Milken-Motsepe Prize in FinTech

AZA Finance has been named one of 10 global semifinalists for the Milken-Motsepe Prize in FinTech, a $2 million competition recognizing innovations that advance financial inclusion in emerging and frontier markets.

Led by CEO Elizabeth Rossiello, AZA Finance was selected for its scalable financial infrastructure enabling efficient, low-cost payments, foreign exchange, and treasury services across Africa and beyond. Each semifinalist received $100,000 to further test and scale their solutions ahead of the Innovation Showcase at the Milken Institute’s Middle East and Africa Summit in Abu Dhabi in December 2024.

The Milken-Motsepe Prize honors teams driving inclusive economic growth through technology, with the Grand Prize to be awarded at the Milken Institute Global Conference in Los Angeles in May 2025.
